On this week’s episode, I speak to Tara Rajendran, who is an incredible Indian classical musician and also a doctor. We recorded this conversation during the height of covid in India and we speak about how Tara gave out her music for free to help improve well-being. We speak about the power of music in healing and the need for more evidence and research need to bring creativity to mainstream healthcare.

Dr. Tara Rajendran, MBBS MFA, is a medical doctor, classical instrumentalist, and writer. She is currently a Ph.D. candidate in classical music and is the leading advocate for incorporating music into India’s palliative oncology infrastructure. Her advocacy program is titled ‘Oncology and Strings’
